Attempting Raw!

The goal is to introduce two raw recipes into my diet per week until I get the hang of preparing my meals that way. The ultimate goal would be at least a 75% raw food diet and then maybe....100%.

Of course I couldn't go raw easily by eating the usual salads, fruits, and veggies. So, I took to Pinterest!

One of my favorite meals, by Shape Magazine was the Clean Vegan Pad Tai pictured here. I ate it all in one night and made it again the next!

I also grabbed a dehydrator. More on that late. But let's just say that I'm less than excited about the dry times! Better planning and discipline is needed and I'm open to tips!

I'll continue to share progress and welcome tips of the trade from you raw food die hards!
